Employee screen and the Allowance/Deduction Names screen now contain additional
fields that allow you to specify in much greater detail which figures from
the employee's paycheck are to be included in which boxes on the W-2 form.

you enter a check or a disbursement to a payee who is not in your Vendor
file, you are offered the opportunity to add him to the Vendor file immediately.

The

Fixed the USPS import
to not report an address as having been changed if the only change was
to move the delivery address from address line 2 to address line 1.
If Backup/Restore cannot find the
supplemental utility programs (PKZIP, PKUNZIP, etc.), you will be prompted to reinstall them.
If unposted receipts,
disbursements or checks contain postings to undefined accounts, an error
message is displayed on-screen instead of simply not posting them.

reports: Member List now optionally prints the Envelope number instead of

Edit
Employee and Edit Vendor: If an employee or vendor cannot be deleted, the
<F9> key displays a meesage explaining why.

For a new installation,
if SETUP has not been run, the necessary setup options are run automatically.

Backup
& Restore now check for error codes returned by PK(UN)ZIP and report
them to you, so you will know if a backup or restore was unsuccessful.
The
Overall Pledge Report now has an option to include 'empty' pledges (pledges
whose amount is zero) in the report. This will make it easier to
locate pledges to obsolete funds which you are trying to delete.
Word
Processor mailing-list export now includes the option to sort members by
family when exporting individuals' data.
Fixed bug that caused Obsolete
files to be found after editing the Print options in the Membership Statuses Report.

Backup to fail if the data directory pathname was too long.

Income
& Expense Report now includes an optional column for last year's total budget.

Cursor-movement
keys now work like most other apps (<Ctrl><Right Arrow> and <Ctrl><Left
Arrow> now move the cursor forward or backward one whole word in the current
field. <Tab> and <Shift><Tab> move the cursor to the next
or previous field on the same horizontal row).
Accounting
'Monthly Summary' report now works properly when the only account to report
on is a Summary account.
Fixed several bugs in
the data-conversion routines that caused mysterious 'Conflicting files found' messages.
