Requirements: In order to use any of these modules, you must be running EASE version 4.20 or later.
The basic EASE package includes a free demo of these new modules. The demo version is fully functional system that limits the number of entries in each module to ten.

Music Module
With the EASE Music Module, you can add and track all types of music items used by your church. You can search and scroll music records by title or reference number.
Usage
The Usage feature monitors the date each item is used, the event it is use for and notes about the usage. Usage reports can be printed for items used between a specified range of dates.
Reports
You can print reports based on usage or print a list of all music items on file. You can design your own reports by selecting the sort order, selection criteria, and which data should appear on the report. Reports can be sorted by title, reference number, medium, composer, occasion, accompaniment, musical key, age group, voices and theme. Reports can be printed selectively by theme, occasions, voices, tempo, musical key, age group and media. Examples of reports are:

Sermon Filer Module
With the EASE Sermon Filer, you can add and keep track of all your sermons. You can search and scroll sermon files by title or reference number. You can print reports based on usage or print a list of all sermons on file.

EASE Church Management Software
Library Module
With the EASE Library Module, you can add and track all types of books or other educational media which your church members can borrow. You can search and scroll library files by title, author, subject or reference number. The Library Module ties into the Membership module, allowing you to record who has borrowed each item, and when it is due back. In addition, members may reserve an item which is currently checked out, so you can automatically notify him when the item comes back in.
Inquiry
There is a special Inquiry feature designed to allow anyone to search the database for information and print reports, without providing access to the add and change functions. Inquiry may be used on a separate computer to which anyone can have access.
Circulation
The Circulation feature of the Library Module provides the ability call up a borrower and initiate a check-out, return or reserve of item(s). At the press of one key, you can view the number of items a borrower has checked out, reserved or items that are past due. For each item you can see the number of times it has been checked out, reserved and the number on hand. Circulation reports can be printed showing who has borrowed, reserved or returned items.
Reports
Print reports based on items (books), borrower, check-out, usage and reservations. Reports can be printed allowing you to design your own reports by selecting a sort order, selection criteria, and specifying which data should appear on the report. Reports can be sorted by reference number, title, author, subject, medium, ISBN, category, and age group. Reports can be printed selectively by category, age group, media and location. Index Cards can be printed for subject card files, author card files and title card files.

Inventory Module
With the EASE Inventory Module, you can add and track all types of equipment, buildings, or other assets owned by your church. You can search the Inventory records by description or item number.
Depreciation
A special Depreciation feature allows authorized users to post depreciation, which calculates and maintains accumulated depreciation and net book value for each asset. Depreciation can be calculated by straight-line method, double declining digits or sum of the year's digits, or you can manually adjust the depreciation figures. If you are using the EASE Accounting Module, posting depreciation automatically updates the General Ledger.
Vendors
Inventory records can be linked to your Vendor database, so you can print reports showing all items purchased from any vendor.
Maintenance
You can maintain a log of maintenance performed on each item. The date, description of work and cost are maintained for each item. A completion flag provides the ability to generate reports showing maintenance work that needs to be performed or has not been completed.

Reports can be sorted by item number, description, make, model, type, condition, location, department and vendor. Reports can be printed selectively by type, condition, location and department.
