Interest-free Payment Plans

Many small churches have a need for church management software, but do not have the budget to support the purchase all at once.  There is no formal payment plan, but I will work with each church on an individual basis to determine a payment schedule which will make such a purchase possible.

Most churches who pay on time pay in three equal payments (over three months), but if necessary I will allow payments to extend one year with 12 monthly payments.  NO INTEREST WILL BE CHARGED.

I strongly suggest that churches paying for EASE over time include the price of one year of annual support.  The complete system price is $895.  One year of technical support is an additional $495.

The two plans described below are examples of the possibilities.  Other arrangements can easily be made if desired.

Technical Support
90 days of free support is included from the date that EASE is shipped to you.  You may call at any time between the hours of 9 A.M. and 7 P.M. Central time Mon - Sat.  After 90 days you have the option of calling at a rate of $2.00 per minute ($20 minimum charge) or purchasing a support contract for $495 for one year or $295 for 6 months.
