When downloading the manual, a file will be sent to your computer. This file should be downloaded into a subdirectory of the C:\EASE directory called C:\EASE\MANUAL. This file is a compressed file that contains the EASE manual files.
If you have not yet created a C:\EASE\MANUAL subdirectory, you must first create one by going to a DOS prompt and typing the following commands:
CD \EASE
MD MANUAL
After the download is completed and the .ZIP file is saved in the C:\EASE\MANUAL directory, go to your DOS prompt and change to the C:\EASE\MANUAL directory by typing CD \EASE\MANUAL and press <Enter>.
Your prompt should say 'C:\EASE\MANUAL'. You must now decompress the downloaded file by typing

..\PKUNZIP MANUAL -o

CD \EASE\MANUALThe two periods at the beginning of the command tell the computer to look for the PKUNZIP program in the parent directory of the current directory (C:\EASE>), and the dash and the letter "o" at the end of the command provides for automatic overwriting of existing files.
