Simplify your record-keeping with the EASE Membership Module.

In addition to recording such basic information such as addresses (both primary and alternate), and phone numbers (both office and home), the EASE Membership Module allows you to track your church members' interests and activities, as well as important dates such as birthdates, anniversary dates, baptism date, etc.

The following are just a few of the things you can keep track of with the EASE Membership Module:

Dates: Six dates are monitored by EASE - birth date plus any other five that you the user specify.  You can select members on this basis, for example, everyone who has a birthday in the month of March.

Categories: A staggering 512 possible special categories per person may be monitored by EASE.  You decide what these categories should be, based on the needs of your church.  These can stand for individuals' roles in the church, their interests, their talents, or their locations in town.

FAMILY PICTURES
If you use a photography service such as Olan Mills to produce a pictorial directory of your members, you can import the picture files into EASE and display each family's portrait on your computer screen with a single keystroke.  You can also use your own digital camera or scanner to produce your own picture files.

MEMBER REPORTS
Print Options: Any report can be printed on your printer, viewed on your computer's screen or stored in a file on the computer's disk -the choice is yours whenever you want to print anything.

Selective Reports: Each membership listing is tailored by the user to include only the desired information.  Print reports listing all members or selected members depending on categories and/or dates.

Reports can show the family units or the just the individuals.  A screen of print options is provided before printing to help select the needed data for your report.

A Church Directory is available with a special layout that includes the basic family unit information, each individual family member with birth dates (if you want them), and alternate phone numbers.

Mailing Labels or envelopes can be printed for individuals or families.  These too can be selective, based on member categories, dates and statuses.  Furthermore, the mailing list can be sorted either alphabetically or according to the USPS bulk-mail rules.  Your address list can be CASS-certified to get the best bulk-mail discounts.

Statistical Reports: Based on your dates and categories, the statistical report gives both totals and percents of those who fall in each.
